1000kN Precision Press

A precision and high thrust press machine is one of the most suitable applications of　HySerpack. The picture on the right shows a 100 ton press in the size of 900(W) x 900(D) x 830(H) mm. The height covers the length from the tip of the rod to the top of the cylinder housing.
The control program is pre-set in the memory of the controller and starts functioning as soon as the press switch is turned on. The program makes it possible to control the thrust and position of the rod simultaneously. The deviation of the rod position is only ±0.03mm or less. This accurate rod control dramatically reduces the size variations of the products so many cases are reported that the finishing processes are eliminated.
HySerpack for press machines are supplied as all-in-one piece unit which includes a cylinder, a top plate, a servo motor, an oil pump and an oil reservoir. No external oil tank is required at all. The oil reservoir is completely sealed and filled with Nitrogen gas so no fluid oil is leaked into atmosphere or oxidized, which makes HySerpack installed in the Clean Rooms.
On top of this, electrical consumption is only one-tenth or less of the conventional oil system.
