◆ 5、Hydro Forming Press

Hydro Forming Press is a machine using oil or water as a medium to pressurize objects which are to be shaped. One of various applications is pipe forming. A pair of HySerpack pressurize water to about 200MPa and water which is filled with the inside of pipes bulges the pipes to desired shapes. The pipes which are transformed in this method have even wall thickness and uniformed material structure so they have strength for the use of automobile frames, etc.
The picture here shows a hydro forming press with 2500 tons of mold holding pressure, 200 tons of axle thrust and 200MPa of medium boost pressure for automobile industries. Two pieces of cylinders for hydro-cylinders and one piece of cylinder for pressure booster are synchronized so the position and boost pressure are simultaneously controlled. It also achieves energy saving and lower noise level
